GLUTEN-FREE Air Fryer Pesto Tofu Cauliflower Gnocchi
Speaking about my amazing air fryer and all the meals it can cut down the time on - this recipe is so easy, nourishing and absolutely delicious! I have to admit, I’ve already made it two times this past week. It's one of those dishes that tastes like you took all day to prep, cook and plate but in reality this tofu & gnocchi dish made it on my favorites list because it only takes 20 minutes to put together. Did I mention it was dairy and gluten free too?!

I have a thing with olive trees - there’s three of them in my house! This is such a cute low maintenance piece of decor that makes the room look complete and cozy. Not to mention the struggle of finding a realistic looking piece of greenery for your home that can quickly get expensive - this one stands a little over 6 ft. tall giving it enough height to make a statement in any room!
