MOM'S IMMUNE SUPPORTING THYME BERRY TEA
Ingredients:
1 handful Blueberries
2 handfuls fresh or frozen raspberries (I also love using raspberry preserves)
Few branches of fresh Thyme
1 whole Lemon
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp honey
1-2 teabags hibiscus tea
1 L hot water
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a pot. Pour in the hot water. Stir well, cover with a lid, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
NOTES: You can use any herbal or non-herbal tea you love; I sometimes add fresh mint too!
