20 MINUTE SHEET-PAN MEAL WITH SAUSAGE & VEGGIES
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Chop all the veggies, slice the sausage into small rounds and transfer everything into a large baking sheet covered with parchment palate.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and all the seasonings.
4. Toss veggies with your hands until they are fully combined and coated with olive oil and spices.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Enjoy with hummus and feta cheese!
Ingredients:
3 chicken sausages of choice
1 bell pepper
3 small zucchini
3 carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
