BROILED GOAT CHEESE FIG JAM & APPLES TOAST

Ingredients:
Sourdough bread, 1 slice
2 tbsp goat cheese
1/4 apple, thinly sliced
1 tbsp fig jam
1/4 tsp dill weed
1 egg

Directions:
1. Lightly toast a slice of sourdough bread, spread with goat cheese and broil for 30 seconds.

2. Add 1/4 thinly sliced apple and broil for another 2-3 minutes.

3. Add fig jam and sprinkle with extra goat cheese and dill weed.

4. Paired with fried eggs.
