CASHEW BUTTER S’MORES COOKIES (GLUTEN-FREE)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cashew butter to the food processor. Blend everything until well combined.
3. Then add coconut flour and blend again.
4. Transfer the batter to a bowl and stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough and place onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Roll the cookies using your hands and then slightly press down with your palm or a fork.
5. Bake for 12 minutes.
6. Let the cookies chill for a few minutes or enjoy while warm and gooey!
