CHOCOLATE STEEL-CUT OATS
Ingredients:
1/4 cup steel-cut oats
pink salt
vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 c water
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Directions:
1. Soak steel-cut oats the night before in 1/2c HOT water.
2. In the morning add in another cup of water, pink salt, vanilla extract, and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Then add almond milk, raw cacao powder, and collagen and cook until ready.
4. I topped mine with bananas, maple butter, coconut yogurt + hemp seeds (for healthy fats), and fresh figs!
