CHOMPS CROISSANTS
Directions:
1. Sauté sliced beef sticks for a minute or so, add black pepper.
2. Add in shallots, garlic and sauté for a couple more minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Lastly, add fresh parsley and remove from heat.
4. Slice off the lid of croissant, create a pocket and fill it with the prepped mixture and top with cheese.
5. Bake for 2 minutes at 400F until the cheese gets all melty.
6. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 @chomps beef sticks, sliced into 2 inch pieces
2 croissants
1 small shallot, chopped
1 garlic, sliced
2 slices of soft cheese of choice
fresh parsley
black pepper
oil for cooking
