DAIRY FREE DILL PICKLE DRESSING
Ingredients:
15.5 oz tofu
2/3 c thinly sliced pickles
1 tsp garlic powder
2/3 c fresh dill
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Blend everything in your food processor on high speed until creamy consistency.
2. Store the dressing in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
