Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F.

2. Thinly slice apples and set aside.

3. Using a mixer, egg whites with coconut sugar, beat in egg yolks and butter and mix well.

4. Then, add vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and slowly add in the flour.

5. Mix until smooth, creamy consistency.

6. Stir in the apples.

7. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

8. Dust with powdered sugar & done! (best paired with ice cream and apple tea)

Ingredients:
5 eggs
3 apples
1 c 1 to 1 gluten-free baking flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 c coconut sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature (4oz)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
