HERB SHRIMP OVER SPINACH & GF PASTA
Directions:
GARLICKY SHRIMP:
1. Make sure you pat it dry, then season with onion salt, garlic powder, & pepper.
2. Coat the pan with olive oil and place the shrimp in HOT pan, cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes until ready.
3. Add butter, 1 clove of mixed garlic and parsley right before you turn the heat off and toss the shrimp around letting it get buttery and herby.
Serve over spinach & brown rice pasta tossed in olive oil, parmesan, salt and red pepper flakes. ENJOY!
