HOMEMADE (PROTEIN PACKED) REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Add powdered peanut butter and almond flour to a bowl.
2. Add in crunchy PB, honey, maple syrup and tiny bit of salt. Mix everything until well combined. Think of a cookie dough consistency - that’s how it should be with the ingredients all well incorporated.
3. Roll out the dough into a long roll as seen in the picture and cut into 3 inch slices.
4. Form into desired shape and place on par parchment paper: melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave for another minute, stir again.
5. Add chocolate to a muffin tin, freeze for 15 minutes then add the “dough” pressing in with your fingers.
6. Pour in extra chocolate on top and freeze for 2 hours.
7. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
