PUMPKIN PIE FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:
6-8 slices of your bread of choice
2 eggs
4 tbsp pumpkin purée
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp nut milk
1 tsp flax meal
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt

 

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Dip the bread slices in the mixture and let it soak in all the goods.

3. Cook over medium-low heat in a pan coated with Fourth & Heart Vanilla Ghee for 2-3 minutes on each side.

4. ENJOY! 

Toppings:
caramelized bananas
drizzled with Trader Joe’s Maple Butter
dollop of Siggi’s Pumpkin Spice Yogurt
