SWEET AND SAVORY TOAST TWO WAYS

Heirloom Tomato and Mozzarella Toast Ingredients:
sourdough bread
butter
mozzarella cheese
heirloom tomatoes
sea salt

Directions:
1. Cut your sourdough bread into thick slices.

2. Spread butter.

3. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese and heriloom tomatoes.

4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Butter and Honey Toast Ingredients:

butter
honey

Directions:
1. Cut your sourdough bread into thick slices.

2. Spread butter.

3. Drizzle with honey. I served my toast with an 8-min boiled egg for the perfect breakfast!
