WHITE BEAN KALE & OLIVE PASTA
Directions:
1. Start by sautéing the shallots in the preheated pan coated with olive oil.
2. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then you add in the beef & minced garlic and break it up with your spoon while cooking it over medium-high heat until it's browned.
3. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Then add in the kale and cook until it slightly wilts.
4. Then add marinara sauce, the beans and all the seasoning.
5. Let it cool down for a few minutes, then stir in the olives and peperoncini.
6. Toss with the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef (sub for ground meet of choice)
1 bunch kale, chopped
1 can cannellini beans
1/4 c parmesan cheese
2 shallots, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c green olives
1 1/2 c marinara
1/2 tsp of each: garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
4-5 peperoncini (optional)
