15-MINUTE HUMMUS PASTA SALAD

 

Ingredients:
16oz pasta, (I used Cascatelli)
1 cup @boarshead_official organic hummus
1/3 green olives
1/2 cup kalamata olives
2/3 cup sliced pepperoncini
1 cup cherry tomatoes
salt + pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking the pasta
1/4 - 1/3 cup pasta water reserved

Directions:
1. Cook the pasta Al dente in salted water and olive oil. Reserve pasta water and drain the pasta.

2. Toss in @boarshead_official hummus, 2 types of olives, pepperoncini, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper and the reserved water.

3. Optional add-ons: feta cheese, fresh parsley. Enjoy!
