5-INGREDIENT MATCHA YOGURT MOUSSE
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt (*I used Siggi’s Whole Milk Yogurt 4%)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp matcha
2 tsp beef gelatin dissolved in 2 tsp of cold water
Directions:
1. Whip together all ingredients and refrigerate for 2-4 hrs or overnight!
2. Drizzle with maple syrup and add some berries on top! So delicious and satisfying.
