BREAKFAST SHAKSHUKA
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups Sonoma Gourmet Roasted Veggie Sauce
1 shallot, chopped
fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Sonoma Gourmet Garlic & Herbs EVOO
1/2 baguette
Directions:
1. Preheat your pan to medium heat and add the olive oil.
2. Heat up the olive oil and add shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Then, add the Sonoma Gourmet Roasted Veggie Sauce and bring to a boil.
4. Crack in 4 eggs and let it cook until eggs are cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley!
5. I pan-toasted the baguette in a pan using Sonoma Gourmet’s Garlic & Herbs EVOO for 3-4 minutes on medium heat until warm and crispy. Hot dayum, so good!
