FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DONUTS
Ingredients:
2 medium sized bananas
1 cup creamy peanut butter (feel free to use almond or cashew butter)
6 medjool dates (pits removed)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a food processor, blend bananas with dates.
3. Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl. Add creamy peanut butter, cinnamon, salt, chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
4. Spoon batter into greased donut pan (muffin pan for muffins). Bake for 18-20 minutes.
5. Let the donuts cool completely before removing from the pans. Best enjoyed with a cup of coffee!
