CHUNKY MONKEY PANCAKES

Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 banana
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/4 c peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar

 

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Combine all ingredients. Lay out the pancakes and cook in a pan or griddle sprayed with coconut oil at low heat with the lid covered (makes them extra fluffy) for 2-3 minutes on each side.

3. Plate & enjoy!
