CURRIED SCRAMBLED EGGS

Ingredients:
4 eggs
salt
pepper
garlic powder
curry powder
parsley (optional)
grass-fed butter

 

Directions:
1. Whisk 4 eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a few shakes of curry powder & parsley (optional).

2. Add 1 tbsp grass-fed butter over high heat. When the butter bubbles, pour eggs into the middle of the pan. Reduce heat and let it cook for 20-30 sec.

3. Stir slowly with a rubber or wood spatula. As soon as the curds of eggs begin to form, drop the heat to low and cook until there no more liquid egg running around the pan. It usually takes about 30-40 sec.

4. Plate and serve with cinnamon raisin PB & jelly toast, strawberries, avocado toast drizzled with EVOO and sprinkled with pink salt flakes!
