EASY PEASY CHICKEN STIR FRY

Ingredients:
2 small zucchini
2 bell peppers
1 cup broccoli
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp exit virgin olive oil
1 package of Pad Thai Noodles 
2 cups Rotisserie Chicken
salt + pepper to taste

 

Directions:
1. Heat up a pan and coat it with olive oil.

2. Add 3 cloves of garlic and sauté for a few minutes.

3. Add veggies to the pan - first, sauté the zucchini, then bell peppers and cook for 4 minutes and then add in the broccoli.

4. Drizzle the veggies with toasted sesame oil.

5. Prep the Pad Thai Noodles (follow the instructions on the package), they generally take 5 minutes to boil.

6. Add noodles to the pan with veggies & drizzle with more sesame oil

7. Add in the rotisserie chicken, sprinkle with tons of sesame seeds and enjoy!!
