GF CHOCOLATE CHIP & WALNUT BANANA BREAD
Ingredients:
2 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour
4 very ripe bananas mashed (1 1/2 cups)
4 tbsp butter (1/2 stick), softened
2 eggs
2 tbsp almond milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk style chocolate chips
1 chocolate bar (optional for toppings)
Directions:
1. Mash up the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the softened butter, vanilla, and almond milk.
2. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
3. Chop up the walnuts and add to the dry mixture.
4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and add chocolate chips (if you want to add more, feel free!!!) then add crumbled up bar to the top!
5. Grease with avocado oil an 8x8 inch (20x20cm) pan and line with greased parchment paper.
6. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
7. Let cool and enjoy!
