GLUTEN-FREE HIGH PROTEIN COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES
Ingredients:
1 egg
4 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana, mashed
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients until a smooth consistency is reached.
2. Cook in a pan greased with coconut oil over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Gently flip, as they’re super delicate.
4. Enjoy with butter, maple syrup, sea salt flakes, and banana.
