Ingredients:
10 oz frozen raspberries
2 scoops beef gelatin (I use Vital Proteins)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

1. Blend all the ingredients.

2. Heat a small saucepan over medium-high heat and add the raspberry mixture.

3. Stir occasionally, until the fruit is heated through and begins to break down and bubble.

4. Let it cook for 1 minute, remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. You can serve it immediately or leave it in the fridge in a sealed container to thicken for 2-3 hours or overnight. The jam is good refrigerated for up to 1 week!
