GOURMET SCRAMBLED EGGS + AVO TOAST COMBO
Scrambled Eggs:
1. Whisk 4 eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
2. Add 1 tbsp ghee to the pan over high heat. pour eggs into the middle of the pan. Reduce heat and let it cook for 20-30 sec.
3. Stir slowly with a rubber or wood spatula. As soon as curds of of eggs begin to form, drop the heat to low and cook until there are no more liouidous egg running around the pan. It usually takes about 30-40 seconds!

Tip #1: Instead of mashing it cut the avocado in cubes then generously drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt flakes, and red pepper flakes. Satisfaction guaranteed!
Tip #2: If you want variety, top your toast with pesto and it’s always a good idea to make some eggs on the side for a complete meal!
