NO BAKE CANDY COOKIES

 

Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
1 c organic cane sugar (taste the batter and add more sugar if you like them sweeter)
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c cashew milk or nut milk of choice
3/4 c peanut butter
3 c instant oatmeal

 

Directions:
1. Bring butter, sugar, cocoa and milk to a full boil.

2. Cook for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes stirring frequently until sugar dissolves.

3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix everything together and cook for another minute.

4. Drop by spoonfuls on to parchment paper and let it harden and set up.

5. Best if kept refrigerated!

Optional add-ons:
M&M’s, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds
