OATMEAL RAISIN OVERNIGHT OATS W/ CARAMELIZED BANANAS

Combine Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Refrigerate overnight & enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!

 

For the Caramelized Bananas:
1. Slide and sautée in coconut oil at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

2. Add them to your overnight oats and enjoy!
