GINGERBREAD PANCAKES

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp almond milk (if needed)
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger + cloves

 

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Cook at medium-low heat in a pan coated with coconut oil with the lid on for 3-4 minutes on each side!

3. Plate & enjoy!
