PALEO COCONUT BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 egg 
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Directions:
1. Mash the banana & combine with whisked egg.

2. Add baking powder, coconut flour, cinnamon and mix well.

3. Form pancakes into 4-5 inch cakes.

4. Cook in a pan coated with coconut oil at low heat with lid for 3-4 minutes on each side. Lower the heat, cover with lid and cook for 2 more minutes or until cooked through

5. Drizzle with some maple butter and enjoy!

*This recipe makes 4 small pancakes, double the recipe for more:)
