PROTEIN COFFEE OVERNIGHT OATS
Combine:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 container Siggi’s Coffee Yogurt (it has 13 G protein and it’s lower in sugar than other leading brands!)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cacao nibs
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 mashed banana
Directions:
1. Mix it well and leave in the fridge overnight.
2. The morning after I added the remaining 1/2 banana, fresh figs, creamy peanut butter, a dollop of Siggi’s Coffee Yogurt, cacao nibs, and honey!
