CHOCOLATE COVERED FROZEN BANANA POPS
Ingredients:
bananas
popsicle sticks or bamboo skewers
8 oz chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbs coconut oil
Toppings:
chopped peanuts
shredded coconut
sprinkles
hemp seeds
Directions:
1. To prep, line a baking sheet with parchment paper (this prevents the chocolate from sticking to the pan).
2. Peel your bananas & insert a popsicle stick or bamboo skewer into each banana to make a banana popsicle.
3. Layer bananas on the baking sheet and place in the freezer for 1 - 1/2 hours!
4. Now, get your chocolate ready: melt 8 oz chocolate chips (I used sugar-free milk style chips) with 1 1/2 Tablespoons coconut oil.
5. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and if needed more until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
6. Dip each banana pop into the melted chocolate, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles, hemp seeds and place back into baking sheet.
7. Freeze for 10 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
