PROTEIN PUMPKIN PIE CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients (Serves 2):
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup homemade cashew milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until everything is well combined.

2. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight. Enjoy!
