STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
1/2 c gf rolled oats
2/3 c cashew milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 c strawberries
1/2 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides vanilla protein
toppings:
1/2 banana
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp honey
2 strawberries
peanut butter
Directions:
1. Chop up strawberries and mix with all the ingredients.
2. Transfer oats in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning add your favorite toppings!
4. I topped mine with 1/2 banana, a few more strawberries, spoonful peanut butter, chocolate chunks, flax meal and drizzled everything with local honey.
