SWEET & GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP QUESADILLAS
Ingredients:
tortillas (*I used Siete Foods Almond Flour Tortillas)
peanut butter (*I used Wild Friends)
banana, sliced
chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Warm-up your tortillas and spread them with peanut butter.
2. Place very thinly sliced bananas on top of peanut butter over half of the tortilla, (if the bananas are too thick the quesadilla will not be gooey and will not hold together), add some chocolate chips on top of banana slices.
3. Fold over the filled side and cook the quesadilla in a skillet lightly greased with coconut oil over medium-low heat until golden brown (i cooked for about 3-4 minutes on each side).
4. Cut the quesadilla and enjoy!
