DEVILED EGG PASTA SALAD
Ingredients:
Boiled pasta (I used half of a box)
3 boiled eggs
1 1/2 celery sticks
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil mayo
1/4 cup whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp honey mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to instructions.
2. Chop up the hard boiled eggs and add to the pasta bowl.
3. Mix together greek yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard and set aside.
4. Add the chopped onion and celery to the pasta bowl, and stir in the mayo mustard mixture.
5. Top with extra green onions, paprika, salt and pepper.
6. Enjoy!
