PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
2/3 cup cashew milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 banana, mashed
1 1/2 tbsp powdered PB or sub 1 tbsp creamy PB
pinch of salt

 

Directions:
1. In a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, add cashew milk, chia seeds, powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, salt and mashed banana and stir with a spoon to combine.

2. Add oats and stir a few more times. Cover securely with a lid or seal and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to set/soak.

3. In the morning, top it off with roasted peanuts, chocolate chips (I used unsweetened), the rest of the 1/2 banana, hemp seeds and a drizzle of honey.

4. Make sure to splash extra cashew milk on top of the oats for the best flavor!
