FLUFFY OATMEAL BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Preheat your pan.

3. Using a tablespoon transfer the batter to a pan coated with vanilla ghee at medium-low heat with a lid for 3-4 minutes on each side.
