5-MINUTE TUNA AND RICE LUNCH

My favorite kinda lunch! I had leftover basmati rice and I used it as base in this meal. Added Tuna in olive oil , veggies and healthy fats such as avocado and olive oil to make a balanced meal. Peperonchini for a little spicy kick and voila! Such a great and satisfying meal!

CHOMPS CROISSANTS

How cool are these?! I made them using Chomps Italian Style Beef sticks - they contain 9g of protein, 0g sugar per serving and apparently they’re not only good as a snack but also made into a sandwich like this one! Our whole family loves @chomps meat sticks, I regularly pack them a school snack for the girls and it’s an ideal mid day snack or a snack that you will be glad you took on a hike with you. My favorite flavor is the one I used in this recipe but their other flavors are amazing too!

HARISSA TOFU

I’ve been on a tofu kick lately and wanted to try something different, with a little spice kick and used harissa in my recipe today. If you like your food a little spicy, you’ll almost certainly love this recipe! Harissa is common in Middle Eastern and North African cooking. I grew up eating it with about anything, from eggs to dips, to rice, to noodles to marinades to meat! Seriously, the options are limitless and it’s so delicious! I paired it with pasta and it came together as an Incredibly easy and delicious meal!
