Steel-cut oats are my favorite! they’re naturally gluten-free (always check the label to make sure they’re not processed) they are low on glycemic index, loaded with fiber, high in protein (7g of protein in every 1/4 cup serving of dry oats), and contain a good amount of fiber. PLUS the consistency is amazing! they’re thicker and chewier!
